We thought it would be handy to have a quick list of our favorite places to go, sorted out by category.

Eveeeentually, I want to have a review of every single restaurant on this list but in the meantime, here is what we like.  You might notice that not every single place on this list is local (i.e. non-chain).  We are all about tasty and cost-effective and sometimes those big dudes have a good idea that just works.

Mexican: Habanero’s, Cancun Fiesta Fresh, Chipotle (yup, it’s true.)

Pizza: Spin! Neapolitan Pizza, Next Door Pizza and Pub, Waldo Pizza

[A darn good] Sandwich: Firehouse Subs, McAlisters Deli, D’Bronx Deli & Pizzeria

Seafood: McCormick and Schmick’s

Smoothies: Roxberry Juice Co, Robeks

Michelle and Kyle have lived in Kansas City since 2007, with their four beautiful children. Kyle is a CPA and runs his own firm in Lee's Summit. Michelle is a violinist and music teacher at Summit Christian Academy. When not working, the Nagys can be found eating out or binge watching Netflix.
